What does it take to get a premises licence revoked in the London Borough of Camden? Well, one wonders… The Metropolitan Police arrested two men on suspicion of rape at The Elysee Restaurant in Percy Street. But councillors on a licensing panel decided to be lenient and only suspended the licence for six weeks so that it could get up and running again in time for Christmas. Read our report below.
