FN newsletter - 05-09-2021: the latest news and public consultations
By Fitzrovia News • Issue #10 • View online
Please be aware of the latest Covid-19 and vaccine information on Camden Council’s coronavirus web page and Westminster Council’s coronavirus web page.
This September a number of commercial events promoting businesses in Tottenham Court Road and Fitzrovia are taking place. Whitfield Gardens will be the venue for a food and drink fayre from 11am to 8pm on Thursday 9 and 16 of September, run by our nemesis The Fitzrovia Partnership. Let’s hope they behave themselves. Camden Council has provided on-site electrical points so hopefully they won’t be using noisy and polluting generators, unlike previous events.
We’ll be producing a small printed paper, probably on Tuesday, this week in our extremely popular miserable black and white format. It will be available from outside Fitzrovia Community Centre, 2 Foley Street. A nearly-complete archive of all our paper rags are available to view online going back to 1973.
As always, thanks to all our contributors for sending us your photos and articles. We are pleased to welcome a new contribution from Jacob Philips, Local Democracy Reporter. See below for the latest news and public consultations.
