FN newsletter 05-08-2022: The news, features and consultations

Fitzrovia News
Fitzrovia News
Readers and contributors – Another short newsletter. A couple of news stories, a feature, and the latest public consultations that are open for comment.
Covid infections peaked in July and currently there are an estimated 4.9 percent of people in London infected. Please follow NHS advice to avoid catching and spreading coronavirus. Information and how to get vaccinated is on Camden Council’s coronavirus web page and Westminster Council’s coronavirus web page.
We reported in June that The Fitzrovia Partnership BID ballot would be held during July and the results announced by Camden Council last Friday, 29 July. However, no such announcement was forthcoming despite the council’s duty to do so. Instead we had to wait for an email from the BID to announce the result.
If you want to get in touch with us to tell us what you think of our reporting, have a question, or would like to contribute to Fitzrovia News please email us at
Fitzrovia News (is still) taking a break for a couple of months, which means fewer articles will be published. Out next newsletter is out at the beginning of September along with a short printed paper.
Continue to enjoy the summer.
